Build your support team, we manage it.
Outsourced CX recruits, places, and manages support agents for your team — chat, email, or ticket specialists — and handles payroll so you don't have to.

Who we are
Outsourced CX builds support teams for companies that need to hire agents — chat, email, or ticket specialists — without running recruiting, payroll, and HR themselves. We source, vet, and place the people; you manage the work.

Reasonable concerns. Here's how we handle each one.
Support roles we staff
Hire the agent, not the channel. Every role is recruited, vetted, and placed on your team — you interview and approve, we handle payroll and HR.

Vetted and onboarded before they join your team
Every candidate goes through written-communication screening and skills verification before you ever see their profile. You interview and approve the hire, they sit in on your onboarding call, and get held to the standards you set — not a generic support benchmark.
How engagements start
Most teams are live within two to three weeks of the first call.
01
Tell us the role
Which agent type, seniority, and volume you're staffing for. No commitment required.
02
We shortlist candidates
We source and vet against the role, and send you a short list — not a resume dump.
03
You interview & choose
You run the interviews and pick who joins. We don't place anyone you haven't approved.
04
We onboard & manage
Payroll, HR, and compliance handled on our end. You manage the day-to-day work.
How pricing works
Pricing is quoted per agent you hire — no published rate card. Cost depends on:
- —Role and seniority — a chat agent prices differently than a team lead
- —Headcount — the size of the team you're building
- —Engagement type — full-time or part-time
- —Coverage hours / timezone overlap needed
